BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking with Ebromadcats you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
On receipt of your deposit we will reserve your holiday. The full cost of the holiday must be paid on arrival or before travel.
Normal wear and tear on the equipment and accommodation is acceptable but any damage and breakages must be paid for. We will hold your initial deposit during your stay and refund it on the safe return of the tackle etc.
All Passport, Visa, Travel Insurance and Heath Insurances are your responsibility. We do not know what effect Brexit will have on reciprocal travel arrangements but we strongly recommend that you carry an EHIC card. Ebromadcats will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury resulting from failure to provide yourselves with sufficient cover
We expect our guests to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Safety is our prime concern and, whilst we appreciate that you are on holiday, any instructions given by our guide MUST be followed. Furthermore, any behaviour that detracts from the enjoyment or safety of others will not be tolerated. Your holiday will be terminated without refund.
This is a high risk fire area. Absolutely no BBQS, cookers or fires to be used in the swims. Metal buckets full of sand are provided in every swim and these must be used for cigarette ends etc.
Force Majeure: We will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: Strikes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities, War or threat of War, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical/Weather problems to transport, Closure of Ports, Weather conditions or any other event(s) beyond our control.
